Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of the Comfort Pro LLC website and services.
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("terms") govern your use of the Comfort Pro LLC website and your engagement of our heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services in the North Carolina Triangle area. By using this website, calling us, submitting a service request, or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website — call us instead and we'll help you directly.
Who We Are
Comfort Pro LLC is a licensed and insured North Carolina HVAC company located at 101 Woodwinds Industrial Court, Suite M, Cary, NC 27511. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Comfort Pro LLC; references to "you" mean the person using this website or purchasing our services.
Use of This Website
This website exists to describe our services and let you request service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website's operation, probe or test its security, submit forms with false or automated content, or scrape content for republication. Information on this site — including guides, articles, and blog posts — is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a qualified technician. Portions of this website's informational content may be prepared with the assistance of AI tools and are reviewed for accuracy; report any error to us and we will correct it.
Estimates, Scheduling & Service
Submitting a service request through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking — an appointment exists once our team confirms it with you by phone, text, or email. Estimates are non-binding: they are based on the information available at the time and may change after on-site assessment. Any change in scope or price will be presented to you for approval before additional work is performed. Workmanship and equipment warranties are provided as described at the time of service; lifetime warranties apply to select workmanship as identified in your service documents.
Promotions, Membership & Financing
Promotions, Comfort Club membership pricing, and financing terms are subject to change and to program eligibility. Financing is subject to credit approval by the financing provider; we do not make credit decisions. This website never collects payment card numbers or other payment credentials — see the Payment Security section of our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information — including your California "Do Not Sell or Share" rights — is described in our Privacy Policy and its Your Privacy Choices section.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and layout — belongs to Comfort Pro LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may print or save pages for your personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction or republication requires our written permission.
Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites — for example, review platforms, social media, or our financing provider. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms limits the service warranties we expressly provide in a signed estimate or invoice, or any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under North Carolina law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law.
Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of these terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a neutral arbitration provider under its consumer rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Comfort Pro LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration lies in the state or federal courts serving Wake County, North Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date above and post the revised terms on this page. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
