We ended up having a clog related to one of our AC units, which Hudson identified immediately and fixed. While doing a more thorough review, he discovered multiple mold areas and quickly installed fixes. With two small children at home, we are thankful for such great service that keeps our family safe! We will forever be a customer of Comfort Pro LLC.

Albert and his team are amazing! Our air stopped working and we called after hours not expecting someone to answer. It was the owner. He found out we had pets and came out within the hour, after hours. Truly dedicated to his customers. He did not have to do that. We, at best, were hoping for the morning. We have been using Comfort Pro since we bought our house in 2017. They are the best!

It was 730am on a Saturday -- AC went out, called and got to the owner. He was at my house within 30 minutes and determined the problem. Unfortunately, need a part so need to wait till Monday for supplier to be open but can't say enough about this company focusing on delivering for it's customers. Very happy with this company!

Great, small, locally owned business - Incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful.William specifically did an incredible job - I had just bought a house in Durham and the AC was under performing. I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds or thousands fixing/replacing my AC - he spent 1-2 hours checking temperatures, refrigerant, airflow, inspecting coils, ductwork and running calculations to get a full understanding of how the system was operating - turns out the system had too much refrigerant, one small adjustment and the AC works great! He even fixed a small gas leak and reprogrammed my thermostat to run more effectively for FREE - couldn't recommend more. They're now my go to HVAC company in Durham.

William, William, William!!! This young man was not only professional and courteous but knowledgeable about his trade. It's refreshing to have someone enter your home and you feel comfortable immediately. He was clearly here to help and we couldn't be more thankful. He explained exactly what his process would be and keep me up to date. He was respectful of my time and made such a great impression that we purchased the maintenance contract for both AC units above and beyond the repair cost which were very reasonable. He clearly puts people first, spoke highly of the company he works for and the individuals he works with. He not only provided a service but gave excellent Customer Service! Thank you William, you my friend are going places! We look forward to seeing you again.
